The gîte is a self-contained end of a two-storey former C19th farmhouse which has been sympathetically and extensively renovated over the last eight years.

There are ample parking spaces for around 4-5 cars.

The gîte has its own entrance, which opens onto a hallway and downstairs WC. The ground floor of the gite consists of a lounge/diner and kitchen. Couch seating for 7-8 people face a large-screen television with UK FreeSat and the usual French TV channels.
The dining table can seat 6, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, 3-way ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge. All cooking utensils and crockery for 6 covers are provided.

Breakfast (croissants, bread, coffee juices and fruit) are provided for the first two days until you ‘find your feet’.

Wi-fi is available throughout the gîte.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor; the front opens onto a private balcony with views of the village and the Chartreuse, and has a double bed (200 x 160) which can
convert to two singles. These are electrically operated to allow you to find your most
comfortable sleeping position. This room has a television with UK FreeSat and the usual French TV channels. This bedroom has an additional single bed.

The rear bedroom has a double bed (200 x 160) which can convert to two singles. These are electrically operated to allow you to find your most comfortable sleeping position. This room has a television with UK FreeSat and the usual French TV channels.

All bedding is supplied, as are towel sets.

The bathroom has a large shower, a WC, and a washbasin.

An outbuilding has been converted to a games room/gym for the use of guests.

We can provide a multiway electrical gang lead with UK 3-pin sockets so that you can use your UK electrical equipment in the gîte.
